Synopsis:
The Eastern District Police Station is well known for its “Cop Shop Babes”, the CID of Eastern District is headed by Madam Lui and her subordinates are all pretty girls. Police officer Draught Beer and Satay are most grateful to the Cop Shop Babes for saving their lives during a confrontation with criminals, then apply to be transferred to Eastern District Police Station. But their timing is wrong as immediately after their transfer, the Eastern District Police Station is repeatedly threatened by a bomb maniac......

靚女差館之CID部門由MADAM雷（劉嘉玲）率領，手下皆是一眾靚女CID。生啤（陳奕迅）及沙爹（林曉峰）在一次圍捕歹徒行動中，得靚女差館眾CID幫忙後，便申請調職靚女差館，意圖接近眾女CID展開追求，可惜二人加入靚女差館不逢其時，爆破專家火牛一而再以炸彈恐嚇靚女差館，幸得軍火專家DOCTOR（王晶）之助始得脫身，眾女CID努力追緝炸彈狂徒，但再次陷入炸彈奪命危機……
