故事分為三個單元:
《好鄰居》 少女陳慧（郭奕芯飾）搬入工廈「劏房」。熱心準備喬遷派對認識新鄰居，卻介入了被虐少女Emma（鮑康兒飾）和她男友的關係中。靈異事件接連發生，背後卻是最現實又可悲的真相……

《二重身》 因為對愛情的執著，讓少女綺雯（許雅婷飾）刺上催情改運符咒刺青，希望男友家洛（麥子樂飾）回心轉意。誰知卻誤墮紋身師阿森（張建聲飾）與其老婆Jenny（蔣祖曼飾）的陰謀之中，怪事連連，每日過著人鬼難辨的生活，靈魂更隨時可能被吞噬……
