Synopsis:
Five university students gather in a room – Takuto (Takeru Satoh), who had given it his all for his university theatre club; Mizuki (Kasumi Arimura), the pure-hearted object of Takuto’s affection; Kotaro (Masaki Suda), Mizuki’s ex-boyfriend and Takuto’s roommate, who was in a band; Rica (Fumi Nikaido), a friend of Mizuki’s who’s just returned from abroad and now lives in the room above Takuto; and Takayoshi (Masaki Okado), Rica’s boyfriend who’d rather be an artist than find a corporate job and who recently moved in with Rica.

Before long, they’re confronted with the question: Who among us has the most “value” as a person? And who exactly am I?

As their days of youth draw to an end, their real life is about to begin……

拓人(佐藤健-飾)大學時是戲劇部編劇，觀察能力高，在求職活動上擅長分析別人。光太郎(菅田將暉-飾)是拓人的室友，讀書時專注樂隊活動，溝通能力強。瑞月(有村架純-飾)是朋友間最佳的聆聽者，拓人一直暗戀著她，可是她卻喜歡光太郎。里香(二階堂富美-飾)住在拓人樓上，是瑞月的密友，對求職活動最為投入，每日都會在社交網絡發放正面留言。隆良(岡田將生-飾)是里香的同居男友，他表面上說討厭，但其實秘密地不停參加求職活動。五個職場新鮮人，為找到工作由團結到分歧愈來愈大；關係漸漸出現變化……
