Synopsis:
Loser gangster Flying Dragon (Chin Ka Lok) has a bad habit of gambling. Luckily his younger cousin, Roy (Jordon Chan), who comes back from America is extraordinarily lucky, and wins every round of Mahjong and saves Flying Dragon. Dragon hence brings Roy to a Mahjong casino to earn money for him. Roy observes the rivalry between two Mahjong geniuses Hua (Yuen Wah) and Ge (Eric Kot) by chance, he witnesses the fate of them – one becomes insane and other becomes bankrupt, and decides that the reputation of “The King of Mahjong” is not all it is cracked up to be.
