Returns & Refunds

Bad Panda Shop will not allow any of our customers to suffer any monetary loss for products that are defective, incorrectly dispatched or damaged during transit.

In case you receive any defective, damaged or incorrect items from Bad Panda Shop, please notify us as soon as possible (within 14 days of receipt of the item) upon receipt of the relevant item at support@badpandashop.com. We will bear the responsibility of accepting your return according to our Return and Refund Policy.


Defective, Damaged or Incorrectly Sent Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. We may ask for a photo if it is helpful in identifying the problem. You will be provided with a Returns Number along with an address to return the item to. Ensure that the return packaging is adequate and secure. Bad Panda Shop will compensate you for the return shipping costs. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

If your returned products are confirmed to be defective or damaged, you may ask for a refund or a replacement. We are obliging to your wishes but please remember that the final decision on a refund or replacement belongs to Bad Panda Shop. Where it is relevant, to prevent the replacement also being similarly defective, we may open and check the item before sending to you.


Unopened Goods

If you receive an item that is unwanted, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Again, please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and that we will only accept unwanted returns if they have not been opened and in as new condition.

We do not accept returns on the following items: -
Computer Products, Electronic Items and Gadgets, Mobile Phone Products, PC and Video Game accessories.

You will be responsible for the return postage for your unwanted returns because we are not responsible for the shipping cost of unopened items. You will be provided with a Returns Number along with an address to return the item to.

If your returned products are confirmed to be in good condition, we will send you a full refund for the price of the item. In the unlikely event that the returned item is damaged, depending on the level of damage, we reserve the right to partially deduct your refund amount.


Opened and Unwanted or Incompatible Items


We do not offer any refunds for items under the following circumstances: -

  • Any unwanted products simply because you changed your mind
  • Any product that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)
  • Any product due to regional compatibility issues (each product listing states regional compatibility for relevant items and it is your responsibility to make sure you have equipment with which the product will work )

Once the item is out of the wrapper, it is no longer new and at the very best, we can only accept the item as a second-hand trade-in for an amount to be decided by Bad Panda Shop and to be paid to the value with equivalent Bad Panda Coupons (to be used on products on this website only).
