Synopsis:
Koo (Alan Tam), an insurance investigator, is sent to make enquiries regarding a case of accidental death. He is surprised to learn that the victim is the same ghost Yu (Joyce Ni) who has spoken to him the night before. Under curiosity, Koo is fascinated in working on the case. One night, Yu's spirit appears in Koo's apartment, her beauty and pleasant personality intrigues Koo. Koo even leaves his wife Ivy (Cecilia Yip) and get involve into a romance between man and a spirit. Will Koo and Yu be reunited or will Yu remain, as always, Koo's esprit d'amour?

保險公司調查主任古志明（譚詠麟 飾）被派調查一宗個案的死因，而死者竟是他們所請的「碟仙」張小瑜（倪淑君 飾）。好奇心驅使下，古積極進行調查。某夜，瑜的鬼魂突出現於古的家，她的甜美樣子，幽默活潑的性格引起古的愛慕。古不惜一放棄未婚妻 Ivy（葉童 飾），並與瑜開始一段人鬼奇妙的戀情。到底是人鬼殊途，陰陽異極終不能相結合？還是能人鬼相愛，留下甜蜜深刻的回憶呢？
