Synopsis:
Wong is the owner of a shoe factory and he has been admiring Sau Ling for a very long time. To please Sau Ling, Wong kills her rival Man Li and uses her skin to make shoes. Sau Ling extremely terrified. Knowing that Sau Ling doesn't appreciate what he has done for her, Wong then rapes her. On the other hand, the police discovers a body without skin and there is a pair of high heels next to it. After examination, police finds out that the high heels are made of human skin...

王是鞋廠的老闆，一直暗戀秀玲。秀玲以她的身體作為交換條件，希望王幫她教訓她的情敵文莉。豈料，王殺死了文莉，更剝了她的皮，打算討秀玲的歡心。秀玲大驚之下痛罵他，王惱羞成怒之下強暴了秀玲。

另一邊，警方接報發現一具無皮屍體，更撿獲一對高踭鞋，化驗後發現為人皮所製，遂展開深入調查……
