Synopsis:
Class 1-A visits Nabu Island where they finally get to do some real hero work. The place is so peaceful that it’s more like a vacation until a villain attacks them with an unfathomable Quirk! 在某個大雪紛飛的夜晚，企圖破壞社會的敵人死柄木弔等人正打算秘密運送【某樣東西】，事先掌握他們動向的英雄們趕到現場，並展開了激戰，在過程中【某樣東西】被敵人帶走，只留下了「實驗已經成功了」這麼一句話…

與此同時，由於歐爾麥特的引退，「新世代英雄養成計畫」應運而生，出久跟雄英高中英雄科1年A班的其他同學便是此計畫的目標對象，他們因此前往遙遠的「那步島」。A班學生以駐島英雄的身分幫助島上的人們，他們也因此結識了真幌跟活真這對姊弟，活真非常崇拜英雄，但真幌卻執意要活真離出久等人遠一點。

此時，謎樣的敵人們在「NINE」的率領下襲擊那步島，雖然出久、爆豪跟1年A班的同伴們攜手對抗敵人，但「NINE」壓倒性的力量與個性卻遠遠超乎他們的想像。為什麼NINE等人要襲擊那步島呢？出久跟1年A班這些新手英雄們是否有辦法保護活真、真幌以及島民們，讓他們不受敵人侵害呢！？
