Synopsis:
After graduating from university, Lam (Jan Lamb) finally fulfills his childhood dream to be a teacher. After three years, teaching becomes something very mundane. Lam and Wong (Anthony Wong) are best friends at school. Wong is a single-parent bringing up his 5 years old son on his own. Wong longs for an opportunity to find a mother for his son. One day, a substitute teacher Miss Lee (Cathy Chui) has arrived. Miss Lee’s positive attitude is contagious – she teachers with enthusiasm and is spreading her laughter will all those around her. Both Lam and Wong have fallen in love with Miss Lee...

林Sir（林海峰　飾）的兒時夢想是為人師表，所以大學畢業後馬上成為了老師。他在最初教學時，擁有很大的熱誠和抱負。但是三年後，他漸漸和其他老師一樣麻木了。每天只是機械式地不停上課，改簿和開會，只追求安穩，原本的理想已經放一邊。在有如動物園一樣的教員室裡，林Sir和王Sir（黃秋生　飾）最合得來。王Sir是個單親爸爸，與五歲的兒子相依為命，他一直都希望能夠替兒子找個新媽媽。一天，代課的李老師（徐子淇　飾）來到。她充滿熱誠的教學態度，爽朗的性格和可愛的笑容，感染了林Sir重拾昔日理想，再度積極教書。林Sir和王Sir也同時愛上李老師……
