Synopsis:

留學台北的露絲（施嘉莉祖安遜　飾）遇人不淑，捲入韓國黑幫國際運毒計劃；黑幫迷暈露絲及另外3人，將大量禁用毒品包裹藏於他們體內，迫使他們將毒品運到不同的歐美國家。途中，露絲體內的毒品包裹因意外破裂而滲入其體內，導致她吸入人體承受不了的份量；一夜之間，她的智能急劇增強10倍。她不再感覺痛楚，可隨意控制他人及周遭的一切，變成全能超人類。

擁有這突如其來但超乎常人的能力，露絲一邊避開黑幫對她的追殺，一邊追查其餘3人的下落，以阻止這能改變世界的禁藥落入黑幫手中。露絲憑著所擁有的異能，加上腦神經科專家（摩根費曼　飾）與及法國警方的協助，與黑幫展開連場激戰。
