Synopsis:
May (Anita Mui), who has born extra-sensory perception, comes to Hong Kong to bring back her brother Sing (Stephen Chow), who uses to make a living by gambling there. Fanny (Do Do Cheng), selling fish in the market, claims to be the queen of gamblers. In order to get enough money for curing her brother, she promises Uncle Tat (Ng Man Tat) to take on Hung (Paul Chun) in the super international gambling match. In order to win the match, Hung hires a Qigong master to bestow him magical power. Meanwhile, Hung sends killers to get rid of Fanny. With the help of May, Fanny survives from a series of murder attempts and enters the finals, fighting against Hung.

身懷特異功能的梅（梅艷芳　飾），因黨不滿其弟弟星（周星馳　飾）在港將特異功能用於賭博賺錢，打算將他捉回大陸。

另一方面，運氣十足的賭霸（鄭裕玲　飾）原是魚檔老千，為籌錢替其弟治病而答應三叔（吳孟達　飾）參加由洪（秦沛　飾）舉辦的國際超級賭王大賽。霸在比賽中處處表現自己的特異功能，意氣風發，漸得三叔等人信任。梅雖然知其底細，但沒有揭穿她。洪為奪得賭賽寶座，聘請密宗大師，將功力傳授予他。當洪得悉霸的存在時，便派殺手對付她。幸好，霸得到梅相救，終逃過大難。

大賽日子終於來臨，霸、洪順利進入總決賽，究竟她能否打贏身懷功力的洪呢？
