Synopsis: 
Four ladies, Eileen, Zhou Li Jun, Chen Ruo Yan and Zhang Jia Xin were colleague as stewardesses 10 years ago. All four of them reunite at Jia Xin’s wedding as they all gathered in a resort in Penang where the wedding will be held.

There, they were introduced to the bridegroom, Gary, whom is a prince charming look alike guy. Eileen, Li Jun, and Ruo Yan were all happy with Jia Xin, and at the same time, they were all facing with their own problems and didn’t know how to cope with it.

To their astonishment, Jia Xin chose to runaway from the wedding when she discovered the bridegroom was having an affair with another lady. The bridegroom now has to try all his ways to replace a bride as the wedding are all in live broadcast program with sponsorship and couldn’t be canceled as he needed the money to pay off his debts. He then wanted to choose the bride from the three ladies and approached them separately.

The three ladies, after discovered why Jia Xin ran away from the wedding, have decided to teach the bridegroom a lesson in the wedding. While they were doing this, three of them also met with their potential Mr. Right, including Jia Xin, the runaway bride! After the wedding, all four ladies have different perspective on life and continue life journey in their own ways.

故事開始於一場婚禮。張嘉欣（楊思琦）以為自己遇上了對的人決定和他結婚。婚禮邀請了各地的好朋友，前空姐同事以羚（張可頤）、立君（劉心悠）、若妍（衛詩雅）。 來到婚禮會場，三位死黨幫忙籌備婚禮也遇上了兄弟（張繼聰）、婚禮直播的導演（方力申）、伴郎（谷德昭）等。 婚禮前一天，嘉欣逃婚了；最焦急的新郎不是因為新娘不見了，而是因為答應的婚禮現場直播無法進行。 原來新郎因為欠下钜款，於是找上了許多贊助商要為他們直播自己的婚禮以償還債務。新郎決定要從三位姐妹中找一位來代替逃走的新娘，而三位姐妹也因為各自的理由而決定接受新郎的要求，直至她們發現嘉欣逃走的原因。 剩女們最終將如何接受自己重新面對愛情和未來呢？
