Synopsis:
In the year 2043, an evil crime lord "The General" is trying to take over the world. Only one government official Yu Ti Hung stands in his way, and plans to send him to prison, so The General's minions Kent (Ekin Cheng), Thai King and Toyota travel to the year 1993 to enter instructions in the official's mind to acquit The General on the day of the main trial in 2043. During a battle with The General's minions, the Future Cops Lung (Aaron Kwok), Ti-men (Andy Lau), Broom Man (Jacky Cheung) and Sing (Simon Yam) hear of their evil plan and devise a plan of their own to travel back in time to protect the official. In 1993, Ti-men, Broom Man and Sing met a hapless over-aged secondary student Chan Tai Hung (Dicky Cheung) and his younger sister (Chingmy Yau)...
公元2043年，香港表面上仍經濟繁榮，人民生活安定，但背後黑社會勢力卻有增無減。當其時橫行省港澳的犯罪大王「將軍」被捕，更定於七日後受審定罪，並委派了當時最出名鐵面無私的主審法官余鐵雄監察當日審定。因未來警察方面保安嚴密，「將軍」的頭號爪牙︰阿健（鄭伊健 飾）、泰王和相撲手 Toyota 無從入手拯救「將軍」，於是決定穿越時空，返回50年前，即1993年找當時年少的余鐵雄，在他腦中輸入指令，要他在2043年主審當日判「將軍」無罪釋放。未來警察總部方面亦收到此消息，立刻派遣四名飛龍特警︰阿龍（郭富城 飾）、鐵面（劉德華 飾）、軍佬掃帚頭（張學友 飾）和印度佬八達星（任達華 飾）制止阿健等人。經過一輪惡鬥之後，阿健等人成功坐上時光機，眾飛龍特警只有眼光光目睹他們穿越時空，而唯一辦法亦只有尾隨他們，趕到1993年制止。在1993年，鐵面、掃帚頭和八達星遇上了一個倒楣的超齡中學生陳大雄（張衛健 飾）和他的妹妹（邱淑貞 飾）……
