Synopsis:
The first to come to town is the Gang, headed by the Witch. The next to come to town is the Taoist Conman with his ghost of a cousin, the Imp. The police chief orders him out. As there is a reward over the robbers' head, the Conman tries to kidnap them but is foiled. The policy deputy, however, rapes the Witch and kills her. At the celebrating dinner, the robbers turn the two morticians into vampires and works havoc. The priest tames the vampires...... 

半桶水道士茅山明（吳耀漢 飾）法術不精，一直收養大寶（呂方 飾）小寶兩隻小鬼，經常假扮替人驅鬼招搖撞騙。一次，他們在酒樓整蠱正牌道士九叔（林正英 飾）的徒弟時，被九叔作法收服。茅山明救回大小二寶後，終於明白到正邪對立、人鬼殊途的道理，決定放走大小二寶……可是，賊婆捉走了大寶，後來更慘死亂槍下。賊婆死 後化成厲鬼，捉走了茅山明，一場人鬼大戰即將展開！
