Synopsis:
Yan Yan comes from a dysfunctional family – both her parents are blind. She gets along well with her parents when she is a kid. But as she grows older, she begins to notice that her family is so different from the others. And she finds that her parents are getting more and more dependent on her to the extent that makes her feel suffocated. With her gift in painting, she longs to go study arts abroad so that she can get away from this family and live her own life. However, when the chance finally comes, she realizes that she cannot just break this family tie.

電影講述擁有一雙明眸的朱芷欣（吳千語飾），卻有一對失明父母：甘笑紅（惠英紅飾）、朱國強（吳岱融飾）。朱芷欣小時候未識人間疾苦，與父母相處一直融洽溫馨。但日漸長大，芷欣意識到自己的家庭與一般有異，亦開始感受到旁人異樣的目光，令她盡量避免和父母一起出現人前。她亦發覺父母對她越來越依賴，照顧父母的擔子日漸讓她窒息。她有繪畫的天賦，一直渴望能到外國攻讀藝術，從此擺脫父母，離開這個家，過一個屬於自己的人生。

一天，這個機會真的到來，她才發覺自己無法割捨這個家⋯⋯
