Synopsis:
Life peacefully passes by in Sunnytown until Mitcho and Sebastian find a message in a bottle by the harbor. The Bottle is from the missing Mayor of Sunnytown with a message that he is stranded on a Mysterious Island and they should come and find him and get him back.

小象沙巴和他最好的朋友，小貓米曹，住在舒適的沿海鄉村陽光城。城內一直風平浪靜，人人幸福快樂，直到有一天，備受喜愛的市長傑爺突然消失了！
