Synopsis:
Ashura (Gloria Yip), the beautiful daughter of Hell King, is awakened from centuries of sleep when her tower is shattered by evil Raga's powers. Raga (Pauline Wong) then guides Ashura to modern day Tokyo where they wreak gory havoc. Ashura is important to the forces of evil as she holds the key to Hell Gate where the Hell King is imprisoned. Once set free, the Hell King is determined to make minced meat of the world. Two young men, Peacock (Yuen Biao) and Lucky Fruit (Mikami Hiroshi) desend on Tokyo simultaneously with identical mission. Two young men meet by accident. Thanks to pretty Okada (Yasuda Narumi), they become good friends...

太初有道，亦有魔道。魔王之王地獄王四海肆虐，眾仙合力討付伐，將地獄王囚禁地獄門中。印度邪神羅我（王小鳳　飾）居心險惡，施法震醒千年妖女阿修羅（葉蘊儀　飾），欲令阿修羅開啟地獄之門，羅我利用阿修羅，進行連串血腥破壞，釋放地獄王。於是，西藏布達拉宮高僧孤峰（高雄　飾）遣其徒孔雀（元彪　飾）入世搜捕阿修羅；其時，日本裡高野山高僧慈空（緒形拳　飾）見天象有變，亦遣弟子吉祥果（三上博史　飾）往東京調查。吉祥果與孔雀，初時各存戒心，經善女岡田（安田成美　飾）居中調停，遂成好友，三人一起追捕阿修羅......
