Synopsis:
New York policeman Billy Wong and his partner Garoni at a fashion show, they see beautiful designer kidnapped under their very nose. Wong, through his contacts, learns the girl is being held by Hong Kong’s Mr Big to force her father to honor a drug-traffic deal. She may very well have been taken to Hong Kong. Wong and Garoni talk the commissioner into sending them to Hong Kong to investigate. The trail of corpses finally establishes Mr. Big is holding the girl in his Fortress Container. Wong and Garoni storm the container port where a drug refinery is working overtime. They rescue the girl. But Garoni is caught by the hoods. Mr. Big invites Wong to a showdown. When he gets there, Wong finds that the girl is once again a captive. All odds are against him. But his must fight – on the ground, one the ramparts or in the air. And, a big fireball lights up the beautiful harbor of Hong Kong.
