Synopsis:
Lui (Ben Lam) is the Tyrant of Gamblers in Macau and he wants to have a masked Saint of Gamblers to distract others attention. Meanwhile, Uncle Sam (Ng Man Tat) has lost his income since the real Saint of Gamblers retires. He discovers God Bless You (Eric Kot), who holds extraordinary powers. God meets Hokei, the Goddess of Gamblers (Diana Pang) from Thailand and learns that she has planned to kill Lui's girlfriend Yuen (Chingmy Yau) and her younger brother Siu Lung (Sik Siu Lung). Lui, knowing that God is in love with Yuen, decides to kill him. But then something shocking turns up...

澳門賭霸雷泰（林國斌　飾）有野心要成為世界新賭王。為怕樹大招風，泰決定栽培出新的賭聖，來分散眾人的注意力。另一方面，自從賭聖退隱江湖後，三叔（吳孟達　飾）生活潦倒，於是前往天神村尋找新賭聖，發現阿葛（葛民輝　飾）具有特異功能，故誘騙他入局，希望他成為蒙面賭聖。阿葛在賭場內遇到泰國賭后豪姬（彭丹　飾），得知她欲暗殺泰的女友緣份（邱淑貞　飾）及小龍（釋小龍　飾），與三叔前往營救。阿葛對緣份一見鍾情，泰下令要殺死葛。賭王大賽即將開始，最後會誰勝誰負？
