Synopsis:
In 1962, Hou escaped from the despotic terrors of Mainland China and came to Hong Kong, throwing himself into the lap of Boss Kun. After a few bloody fights , Hou gains his credit in the gang. Boss Kun feels threatened so he asks Hou to hijack Boss Gong's narcotics shipments on the high seas and tips Gong off later. Hou survives after Gong's revenge but is crippled in one leg. So Hou turns on Kun. He exposes Kun through the newsman he has befriended. Kun is put behind the bars. Hou then becomes a boss and he plans to wipe out all the other bosses. The tide finally turns to his favor and yet the law catches up with him. With the ICAC set up in 1973, panic is induced...
